Shipping and Returns
All in-stock orders ship within 3-7 business days after payment processing. We offer shipping services via the United States Postal Service throughout the United States and Canada. We currently do not offer international shipping. Upon shipping, an email with tracking information will be sent to the address provided during checkout.
Pre-order items will ship at their estimated lead time displayed under their product description. If a pre-order item arrives earlier than its expected arrival date, we will ship the product out sooner. For any questions regarding a purchased pre-order item, please contact us here.
After your package has left our office, it becomes property of the United States Postal Service. For any lost or stolen packages, submit all claims to the Postal Service. If you need further assistance with your claims, we will be happy to help in any way.
Should your package arrive damaged, please notify us immediately.
